GHS Class of 1963 Will  Hold Their 45^th Class Reunion

Schedule of events for Friday, October 10 and Saturday, October 11:

Friday, October 11, 2008, 4:00 – 9:00 p.m. – Gather at the Galion Pizza Hut (822 Harding Way West), Pioneer Room for supper before the Homecoming Game that evening.  Food is to be ordered from the menu at your expense.  The room is reserved until 9:00 p.m. that night, for those that do not want to go to the homecoming football game that evening or because of inclement weather.   I would suggest being there to eat by 4:00 – 4:30 if you are planning on going to the game that evening.

Friday, October 11, 2008 – The football game starts at 7:30 p.m. at the Heise Park Stadium but, if you are interested in watching the homecoming festivities before the game starts, I would suggest that you be at the stadium no later than 6:45 p.m.  The athletic director will announce that the Class of 1963 is in the stands and celebrating their 45^th class reunion and a reserved section will be available for us to sit together.

There will be a charge of $4 per ticket for all members of the GHS Class of 1963, and $4 per ticket for their spouses or guests to attend the football game.  All persons attending the football game must identify themselves at the ticket booth as being a part of the GHS Class of 1963 reunion group when they purchase their tickets in order to get the reduced price of $4.  GO TIGERS!

Saturday, October 11, 2008, 1:30 p.m. – In celebration of our 45^th class reunion weekend, a guided tour of the new Galion High School (472 Portland Way North, behind the Drug Mart) will be conducted by Brian Treisch.   You will also want to look over the beautiful new Galion Schools Campus – high school, middle school, and two elementary schools.

Saturday, October 11, 2008 - Brown Derby Roadhouse Banquet Room (3985 Park Avenue West), Ontario, OH – Price per ticket not yet determined.

            5:00 p.m. – Cash bar and hors d’ oeuvres

5:30 p.m. – Class picture by Photorama (Cost to be $20 per picture  

                     and to be paid to the photographer that evening.) 

5:45 p.m. – Meal served                     

            Midnight – The facility will close.
