45th Class Reunion Weekend

Notice: All invitations have been mailed. If you were a member of thr GHS class of 1964 and did not receive an invitation, please let us know where to mail an invitation! 

The time has come to mark your calendars, make your reservations, come to Galion for our 45th Reunion and also, help celebrate Galion Alumni Homecoming Weekend.

The Class of "64" events begin with "The Homecoming Game" Friday evening, cost $6.00 - 09/25/09 @ Heise Park Stadium. (Galion Tigers vs. Tiffin Columbian Tornadoes) There will be a section of the stadium reserved for "The Class of 64". The current court events start @ 7:00 P.M. Check the Galion Alumni Association website for a complete posting of events/times for the weekend.

Immediately following the game, join us at Gala Lanes, where a room ("The Place") is reserved for us. We'll have snacks, cash bar and music. Ken Bodkins has recently purchased and renovated the facility. If you do not wish to attend the game, you may meet there at 7:00 P.M.

Jerry Winters and Terry Roston are arranging a golf outing for Saturday morning 09/26/09 @ Valley View Golf Course, Tee Time 9:00 A.M; $35.00 per person for a golf cart and an "18 Hole Scramble", with a $5.00 fee for prize money.

There will be scheduled tours of the new High School; please check the website for specific days and times.
Again, since this is corresponding with "Galion Alumni Homecoming Weekend" you may want to schedule a catch-up luncheon with someone on your own.

Saturday evening:

Class Group Photo will be taken by Photorama before dinner between 6:00 - 7:00 pm so that they can have pictures back the same evening.  The cost for each photo will be $20.00 payable at the event.

Cocktails (cash bar) 6:00 P.M.
Dinner 7:00 P.M.
Cost $15.00 single, $30.00 couple

Buffet Dinner with selections of: Slow Roasted Top Round of Beef and Grilled Marinated Chicken Breast, Baked Potatoes, Tossed Salad and Assorted Vegetable Medley.
