The Galion Alumni Association Website User Privacy Policy covers the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information that may be collected by the User or Member registration process. Please take a moment to read the following to learn more about our information practices, including what type of information is gathered, how the information is used and for what purposes, to whom we disclose the information, and how we safeguard your personal information. Your privacy is a priority of the Galion Alumni Association, and we go to great lengths to protect it. Why we collect personal information We collect your personal information to help us provide a means of communication between the Galion Alumni Association and former and present attendees and staff of the Galion City Schools. It enables us to give you the ability to join other registered users and provide a means of maintaining contact with former classmates and friends. It aids the ability of class reunion committees to provide timely reunion information. This information is limited in publication on the website and what is published is restricted to other registered users. Cookies must be enabled in your browser to allow you to access the registered user's area. If you are blocking cookies you must give permission to accept cookies from this site. We do not track Internet usage of the visitors to our site.
What information we collect and how we may use it There are a number of situations in which your personal information may help us give you better communications. For example: When you interact with the Galion Alumni Association website, we may collect personal information relevant to setting up a profile, such as your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, class year, occupation and other family information.
