2024 Hall of Fame The 2024 Hall of Fame Banquet and inductee presentations will be held on October 12, 2024. Do you know a Galion High School Graduate that deserves recognition for outstanding accomplishments in their careers and communities? Please fill out a nomination form for that individual to be considered for that honor. Nominating forms are due by June 1, 2024. Click on the banner below to print out the nominating criteria and and form. Provide as much information as possible, but most importantly nominate some one you feel is deserving of recognition.

The first membership mailings have been made. Letters containing a review of the Galion Alumni Association’s 2009 activities and a membership form has been made to all former and current dues paying members. Letters will be sent out soon to classes scheduled to hold reunions in 2010. If you would like to become a member and do not receive a membership form, you can print a membership form from the website. A membership may be purchased online by clicking on the membership item in the left column of the page. Dues paying members are important to our organization. They help cover the cost of the efforts and projects provided to the
Members of the Association board and its officers are all volunteers. All funds received from membership dues are used strictly for the minimal expense generated by mailing or printing costs associated with running any organization and the server costs for the Galion Alumni Association website. All remaining funds are used to fund projects and services to the Galion School community.
This website was developed to provide information to present and former students of the Galion City School system. It has a registered user area which allows users to maintain contact with other registered users. It was not designed to be a social network as are some sites available on the internet. Registered users may post pictures to their profile gallery as well as a profile picture. Being a registered user does not equate to being a member of the Association, but is offered free to former students and faculty to provide a means of contact with old friends and acquaintances. For the user area to remain meaningful and usable, each registered user should update their profile when changes are made to addresses, e-mails and other data which is used to make contact with that user.
Each graduating class has a section dedicated for use by that class and its members. Reunion photos are posted there along with any other items provided by class members. If you don't see your class reunion photo, or would like to post something of interest to classmates, please contact us or the person who took the photo and have them contact us. Names for these photos need to be provided by someone in the class. Over the last three years, the group photos have been made to enlarge by clicking on the photo on the opening page.
All viewers of this website are invited to provide suggestions and ideas on how to make this website better. The Alumni Association needs to have personal involvement by those who would like to see more in the area of alumni activities such as an annual basketball tournament. Would you like to be involved?
