Art Work on Display As this was the first attempt at this type of event, it provided a relaxing atmosphere in which to sample different wines and socialize with other attendees. To say the least, it was a learning experience that provided several suggestions for an improved version to be presented next year. The Silent Auction featured items donated by local Galion businesses and businesses owned by Galion Graduates. Those items included several wine baskets, candy baskets, gift certificates and more. There were paintings by local artists on display that were available for purchase by contacting the artist.
Sponsors & Silent Auction Donators The board of the Galion Alumni Association would like to thank all of the sponsors and item donors for their participation in helping to make this event possible. The event raised enough that a $500.00 donation will be made to the Band Instrument Repair Fund. |
