Galion Alumni Association Wine Tasting Set

The Galion Alumni Association will hold its annual Wine Tasting Event on Saturday, March 14 at 6:00 p.m. at the Galion Country Club.  Tickets for the event are $25 each or couples tickets for $40.  Tickets are available from any Alumni Association Board member.  Check the Alumni Association website for more information on ticket availability.

The Wine Tasting Event will feature Ohio wines and appetizers prepared by the chef at the Galion Country Club.  A silent auction is also a part of this fundraising event.  Last year's event was a great success and fun for all that attended.  "We had a very good time and great success with this event last year," said Brian Treisch, chairman of the Galion Alumni Association.  "We hope for an even bigger crowd this year."  The event is open to all, not just Galion alumni.

Funds raised by this event will go to the support of the Galion City Schools campus wear fund.  The Galion Alumni Association supports many other school activities as well including recent support for the band trip and the facilities review project.  Membership in the Galion Alumni Association is open to all that attended Galion schools, taught in the Galion Schools, or wish to support the Alumni Association.
