2024 Hall of Fame The 2024 Hall of Fame Banquet and inductee presentations will be held on October 12, 2024. Do you know a Galion High School Graduate that deserves recognition for outstanding accomplishments in their careers and communities? Please fill out a nomination form for that individual to be considered for that honor. Nominating forms are due by June 1, 2024. Click on the banner below to print out the nominating criteria and and form. Provide as much information as possible, but most importantly nominate some one you feel is deserving of recognition.

GHS Class of 1960 55 Year Reunion Detalis
A 55th year reunion will be held on August 14 - 15, 2015. This reunion will probably be the last organize event of this type for the Galion Senior High School Class of 1960. It is realized that as we as a class continue to advance in age, the more difficult it is to make those long trips to renew acquaintances and reminisce about the days gone by. However, it is well worth while to hold this event and make plans for scheduling more frequent and less formal events.
Plans for this reunion will include a Friday evening, August 14th pre-reunion get together at the Payne’s Pizza in Uptowne Galion. This will give us an opportunity for some relaxed conversation and the renewal of old friendships. The Saturday evening reunion, August 15th, will feature a sit down dinner at the Galion Country Club.
Schedule of Events:
Friday, August 14: PLEASE NOTE NEW LOCATION
There will be pre-reunion get together starting at 6:00 p.m at the Payne’s Pizza, 120 Harding Way West. Located ½ block West of the Square on the North side of the street. There is a possibility that a tour of the Galion Theater will be available. Free
Saturday, August 15:
Tour of Brownella Cottage offered at 10:00 a.m. Free
Tour of Gill House offered at 2:00 p.m. Free
The Class Reunion will be held at the Galion Country Club starting at 5:00 p.m. The cost will be $30.00 per person. There will be a cash bar available. **The Class picture will be taken at 6:00 p.m.** Serving for the dinner will begin at approximately 6:30 p.m.
Dinner Menu Twin Beef Tenderloin Medallions Tuscan Grilled Chicken Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon
All meals will include salad, rolls, hot bacon green beans & oven roasted redskin potatoes. Beverages will include coffee, tea and soft drinks. Cake will be available for dessert.
If you have dietary restrictions, please note on your reservation form and we will make every attempt to make provisions to meet your requirements.
