Attendance - Jennifer Allerding, Kyle Baughn, Terry Gribble, Regina Jutz, Joe Kleinknecht, Steve Melchior, Sandy Powell, Dave Spraw & Brian Treisch

Financial Report - No financial report for this meeting;

Approve Minutes - Minutes from November 5, 2019 were not distributed for approval.

Committee Updates

Bonfire/Pep Rally -  TBD

Pancake Breakfast - TBD

Alumni Band Performance - TBD

Hall of Fame Nominations - The motion was made to postpone the 2020 HOF dinner/induction ceremony to 2021, but thank you letters to past recipients and sponsors could be mailed.  New nominations were submitted for 2020. They included: Martha Belle Boyd, Lupe Campo, Chet Foraker and Max Ness.

HOF Banquet - No banquet will be held for the fall of 2020.

Fund Raising - Discussion will continue in July regarding communication to past recipients and sponsors.

Program - Postponed until 2021.

Awards - Postponed until 2021.

Career Day - discuss further at July's meeting; this may be an opportunity to use virtual meeting platforms to interview professionals.

New Auditorium Project - Brian will be contacting Jim Garverick to postpone the fundraising until January 2021.

Other Business - The HS Cafetorium worked well for meeting in a socially distant format.  Kyle shared that HS graduation went well.

Next Meeting -  Wednesday, July 15th @ 7:30 am. location TBD.
