2024 Hall of Fame The 2024 Hall of Fame Banquet and inductee presentations will be held on October 12, 2024. Do you know a Galion High School Graduate that deserves recognition for outstanding accomplishments in their careers and communities? Please fill out a nomination form for that individual to be considered for that honor. Nominating forms are due by June 1, 2024. Click on the banner below to print out the nominating criteria and and form. Provide as much information as possible, but most importantly nominate some one you feel is deserving of recognition.

Connections Weekend Planning Meeting August 19, 2020 In Attendance: Jen Allerding, Kyle Baughn, Terry Gribble, Steve Melchoir, Sandy Powell, Dave Spraw and Brian Treisch Financial Report - No new items. Approve Minutes - July 22nd meeting minutes were approved. Connections Weekend School Events - Senior Celebration - October 5th. - Homecoming Dance - not expecting to hold on 10/17. - Career Day Options on October 16th are in process. Connections Weekend Community Events - YMCA sponsoring the annual 5K race on Saturday, 10/17. - Pancake Day? - Still undecided. - No Hall of Fame Dinner. Recognition slideshow of previous honoree's - committee liked the idea, but needed someone to put the media presentation together. The slideshow could play on the district Facebook page and the Alumni Association's webpage and Facebook page. Also, discussed banners could be made of past Hall of Fame recipients that could hang on the campus. Performing Arts Center - No further planning until 2021 due to pandemic concerns. Next Meeting - Wednesday, September 16, 2020 @ 7:30 am. Location TBD; Meeting adjourned @ 8:45 am; |
