Alumni Band Night Schedule

Folks:

Here is the plan for Alumni Band Night.

We rehearse this Sundy and next Sunday at 3:00 p.m. at the new band room.

Thursday, Sept. 27 we have a marching rehearsal at the band practice field.  This is in Heise Park behind the Community Center.  This starts at 6:00 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 28 is the game.  Dress rehearsal is at 5:30 p.m. at the stadium.  We will probably march into the stadium from the NEW school with the high school band.  This is to prevent a traffic nightmare.

If you need an instrument, let me know ASAP.  Sousaphones are in short supply as are drums.

TELL A FRIEND!  I do not have everyone's Email.  I can't afford the postage, and not enough people read newspapers.  Help us get a good turnout.

Finally, we will need a formal meeting on Thursday to determine the the future of the Alumni Band.  This will follow the rehearsal.
