Board of Directors Meeting: Steve Melchior, Bill Durtschi, Joe Kleinknecht, Tina Waller, Brian Treisch & Brenda Treisch

Brian Treisch called the meeting to order.

Previous meeting minutes were read and accepted by Joe Kleinknecht.

Treasures report was read by Steve Melchior and accepted.

Old Business: Year in review report on Web site. A copy will go with membership forms.

Membership 2011:

Feb 21st at 7:00 at Varsity Grill will be Election of Officers- Annual meeting.

Classes of 1961,1966,1971,1976,1981,1986,1991,1996,2001,2006 will have their reunions this year.

It was motioned to send out membership forms to these classes. Joe/Steve

Officers: Current slate of officers for 2011 stay the same from 2010. Tina if she is interesting in becoming Vice President for 2011.

Galion live or someone is interested in bringing the Alumni Basketball Tournament back?
