Board of Directors Attendees:  Brian Treisch,  Joe Kleinknecht,  Steve Melchior, Bill Durtschi, Doug Schilling, Julie Boles, Brenda Treisch, Tina Waller.

Meeting called to order. 

Treasurers Report approved by Joe and second by Doug.         

New Business:  Problems with School Levy committee. Where did the computers come from?  Why are we losing enrollment? How do we publish good rating etc. Board does not tell people enough of what is going on in sports, school activities etc. 

We need to stay away from sides for or against a levy.  Promote scholarships.

Need to look at our Mission Statement on web site.July meeting newsletters need to be sent out.

We need discussions with other organizations and start working together.  How do we connect together? Need Tri-folder of Galion Alumni.  Put alumni ad in football program etc.
