MEETING MINUTES

September 16, 2013

Board of Directors Attendees: Brian Treisch, Joe Kleinknecht, Steve Melchior, Bill Durtschi, Julie Boles, Karen Flowers, & Sarah Wegesin.

Treasurers Report: Given by Steve Melchior. Motion to approve report by Durtschi, second by Kleinknecht. Motion approved.

Connections Weekend will be held on September 26, 27, and 28· A bond fire will be held on Thursday, Friday is Career Day and the homecoming football game with Alumni band members and cheerleaders. Saturday is a pancake breakfast and the Hall of Fame induction dinner/program.

A discussion was held regarding donating to the Schools' Campus Wear Fund that is used to assist students with this cost. It was stated that $1250.00 was donated to this fund in April 2013.

A motion was made by Melchior to give the Oktoberfest Committee a $100.00 donation. Second by Durtschi and motion approved.

The "Wine and Cheese Tasting" event will be set up in March 2014. Julie Boles will organize.
