Connections Weekend Planning Committee                                July 20, 2019

In attendance: Jim Grubbs, Joe Kleinknecht, Steve Melchoir, Sandy Powell, Dave Spraw & Brian Treisch;

Jim distributed letter and form templates for our review.  Jim's office staff will have the mailing distributed to HOF inductees this week.

Brian will prepare and distribute the press releases to media outlets and Jim will send contacts electronically to Brian.

Discussion occurred about the use of "Eventbrite" or "PayPal" for the dinner registration and credit card payment process.

Stacy Kuehlman and Regina Jutz were invited to attend the end of our meeting. They will be involved in the communications and reservations processes.   Stacy will prepare a Google doc to share with Sandy as dinner reservations come into the office.  Stacy will continue to work with Dave as reservation money comes into the office.  Regina and Dave will work together as HOF inductee photos and information come into the administrative center.

Chris Stone has been hired at Marion City Schools on a full-time basis.

Our meeting adjourned @ 8:45 am and our next meeting will be August 14th @ 7:30 am @ the GSD Administrative Center;
