Hall of Fame deadline fast approaching

                The Connections committee is asking for nominations to the Galion City Schools Hall of Fame be turned into the central office by Monday, June 6.  These nominations are for the induction ceremony to be held in October as part of the Connections/Homecoming Weekend.

                Those eligible for nomination are Galion City School graduates and Galion City Schools former teaching and support staff.  Nominations are evaluated based on the individual's contributions to their community and activities after high school graduation or their impact upon Galion students as a faculty or staff member.

                Those nominees chosen by the committee will be honored at a banquet on October 15, 2022.

                "We have had some great nominees from the class of 1916 to very recent graduates," said Connections chair Brian Treisch.  "Nominees have had impact in the sciences, business, and their communities by their involvement and leadership."
