3.    Financial Report - Dave reported the following account information:

a.        Checking Account-$19,860.79

b.        Investment Account - $50,421.70 w/earnings of $1,085 for 2022

4.    Marketing and Fundraising - Jen reminded the committee to develop and begin using a contribution QR scan code on 2023 marketing materials, i.e., Newsletters, HOF Program, etc. Dave Spraw w/check with Cathy Moneysmith about the GCF Paypal account.

5.    Hall of Fame Nominations for 2023

a.        Dan and Dave Beach (1971) by Rick Gow

b.        Others discussed w/o nomination forms - Philip Bunyard, Keith Houk & Dr. Angerman

c.        Please try to secure nominations for exceptional graduates & educators, especially alumni from the 1960's & 70's, not to forget the other graduating eras.

6.    Hall of Fame Catering Planning

a.        Sandy will secure a proposal from Buehler's

b.        Jen will ask the food service director, Shannon King for interest & proposal

7.    2023 Connections Weekend Events - October 12 - 14,2023

a.        Bonfire, Pep Rally & Alumni Band Practice - October 12th

b.        Career Day @ Middle School - October 13th

c.        Homecoming Game vs. Clear Fork Colts - October 13th

d.        Kiwanis Pancake Day @ Intermediate School - October 14th

e.        Hall of Fame Dinner/Induction Ceremony @ Middle School - October 14th

8.    Performing Arts Center -

a.        Brian reported that the city will not support an Arts & Recreation District

b.        A district renewal levy may be on the ballot in 2023

a. Superintendent Allerding will be leaving Galion City Schools for Loudonville-Perrysville Exempted Village Schools, July 31st 2023.
