In Attendance: Terry Gribble, Dr. Jeff Hartmann, Regina Jutz, Steve Melchior, Sandy Powell, Tasha Stanton, Brian Treisch & Matt Tyrrell

Approve Minutes - S. Melchoir moved, T. Stanton seconded - motion carried

 Financial Report

·         Dave reported that $7026 has been collected in dinner reservations and program advertising.

Report on 2023 Inductees -

·         The 2023 HOF Inductees are: Dan Beach, ‘71, Dave Beach, ‘71, Philip Bunyard (educator award), Chris Heydinger ‘84, Leo Jobe ‘73, Lorraine Dankowski Jordan, ‘74 and Cleve (Jim) Ricksecker, ‘71.

2023 Connections Weekend Events - October 12- 14,2023

·         Bonfire, Pep Rally & Alumni Band Practice - October 12th

·         Career Day @ Middle School - October 13th - Jeff will check w/Tina @ GMS

·         Homecoming Game vs. Clear Fork Colts - October 13th

·         Kiwanis Pancake Day @ Intermediate School - October 14th

·         Hall of Fame Dinner/Induction Ceremony @ Middle School - October 14th

Hall of Fame Dinner

·         Dinner ordered w/AVITA and centerpieces are ordered w/ Blossoms & Gifts (formerly Tonis).

·         Miranda Jones may need help transferring inductee awards to the district.

Performing Arts Center -

·         Dr. Hartmann would like to hold a meeting to discuss renewed planning re: new center

Other business -

·         Tasha will ask Angie Owens to take photos of the HOF event.

·         Steve Melchior will pay for the photographer's dinner.

·         Tasha and Regina have contacted the new music teachers about group performances at the Kiwanis Breakfast and HS students singing the Alma Mater & Friendship song at dinner.

Next Meeting will be Thursday, October 5th @ 9:00 am. In the Admin Center
